These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, participation in training programs, practitioner certifications, mentorships, sessions, live events, retreats, memberships, digital products, free resources, online communities, and all associated services, content, materials, and offerings provided by IRM.
By accessing this website, downloading resources, purchasing products, enrolling in programs, joining memberships or communities, attending events, or participating in any IRM offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using this website and participating in IRM services.
These Terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or participation in IRM offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Educational and Informational Purposes Only
Inherited Release Method™ provides educational, informational, spiritual, energetic, and personal development content only.
IRM does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling, crisis, financial, or legal services. Nothing within IRM training, sessions, social media content, educational materials, practitioner certifications, downloads, workshops, retreats, mentorships, or communications is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Participation in IRM programs does not replace qualified medical, psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional support where required.
No Professional Relationship
Accessing this website, downloading free resources, consuming content, attending discovery calls, participating in free trainings, or communicating with IRM does not establish a therapist-client, practitioner-client, fiduciary, medical, legal, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
No Guarantees

IRM does not guarantee emotional, financial, spiritual, relational, physical, energetic, business, or professional outcomes through participation in any offering.
Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Participation in IRM services and programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
You acknowledge that trauma-informed education, nervous system work, ancestral healing concepts, subconscious exploration, embodiment practices, spiritual discussion, energetic techniques, and emotional processing may evoke physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual responses.
You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing, participation, interpretations, decisions, actions, and results.
You acknowledge that IRM cannot assess your suitability for participation and that you remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your current physical, emotional, psychological, and mental state.
IRM strongly encourages participants experiencing acute mental health concerns, suicidal ideation, severe psychological distress, psychosis, or medical instability to seek immediate support from appropriately qualified professionals and emergency services where required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Elizabeth Brown, Inherited Release Method™, contractors, facilitators, assistants, affiliates, venues, staff, and representatives from liability arising from participation in any IRM offering except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Spiritual and Intuitive Content Disclaimer
IRM may include discussion of spirituality, intuition, energetic systems, ancestral concepts, multidimensional experiences, subconscious interpretation, symbolism, energetic impressions, and metaphysical frameworks.
All spiritual or intuitive information provided within IRM offerings is interpretive in nature and should not be considered factual certainty, medical truth, legal advice, or objective diagnosis.
Participants are responsible for exercising discernment and personal responsibility regarding how they interpret and apply any information provided.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, ethically, and safely within all IRM environments including live trainings, retreats, online platforms, practitioner containers, mentorship spaces, social media channels, group calls, and community forums.
You agree to:
maintain respectful communication
honour facilitator and participant boundaries
refrain from abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, intimidating, disruptive, or unsafe conduct
maintain confidentiality within group containers
comply with facilitator instructions and program guidelines
refrain from recording or distributing private group content without permission
IRM reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate participation, revoke access, remove community access, or cancel enrolment where conduct is considered inappropriate, harmful, unsafe, unethical, or damaging to IRM, participants, facilitators, staff, intellectual property, or the broader community.
Removal from programs due to misconduct may occur without refund.
Practitioner Scope of Practice
IRM certification does not authorise participants to diagnose medical or mental health conditions, provide psychological treatment, prescribe medications, guarantee healing outcomes, or operate outside their lawful professional scope of practice.
All practitioners certified through IRM operate independently and remain solely responsible for their own conduct, insurance, marketing, legal compliance, client relationships, business activities, representations, and professional obligations.
IRM reserves the right to revoke certification, practitioner access, use of branding, or licensing rights where a practitioner:
acts unethically
breaches confidentiality
misrepresents the method
operates outside lawful scope
damages the reputation of IRM
copies or reproduces protected intellectual property
makes false or misleading claims regarding outcomes
Intellectual Property
All IRM materials, frameworks, methods, processes, graphics, training structures, manuals, recordings, videos, worksheets, downloads, written materials, practitioner tools, branding, names, trademarks, educational systems, and content remain the intellectual property of Elizabeth Brown and Inherited Release Method™ unless otherwise stated.
Participation in IRM programs grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only.
You may not:
reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, teach, sublicense, sell, commercially exploit, republish, or share IRM content
train artificial intelligence systems using IRM materials
upload IRM materials into AI software or databases
scrape, reverse engineer, data mine, or archive IRM content
reproduce practitioner frameworks or derivative methods
share login access or private materials
record live trainings without written permission
Unauthorised use of IRM intellectual property may result in legal action, removal from programs, revocation of certification, or suspension of access.
Payments and Payment Plans
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
By enrolling in any IRM offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full.
Payment plans are provided as a courtesy and do not remove your obligation to complete agreed payments regardless of participation level, attendance, completion status, withdrawal, personal circumstances, or change of mind.
Failed payments, declined transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorised reversals may result in suspension of access to programs, practitioner portals, certifications, memberships, live calls, or community spaces.
IRM reserves the right to recover any reasonable administrative, debt collection, chargeback, legal, or recovery costs associated with unpaid balances.
Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
IRM complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits, reserved placement fees, and partial payments may be non-refundable where IRM has incurred costs, reserved positions, allocated resources, declined applicants, or commenced delivery of services.
Where legally required, remedies for major failures may include re-supply of services, credit, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Technology and Third-Party Platforms
IRM uses third-party platforms including but not limited to Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, Thinkific, email providers, social media platforms (Facebook, Meta, Instagram, substack, Tiktok), cloud storage providers, and payment processors.
IRM is not liable for interruptions, outages, technical failures, hacking, software issues, platform disruptions, corrupted data, internet failures, or loss of access caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Media Release
Participants acknowledge that live trainings, workshops, retreats, mentorships, and online sessions may be recorded, photographed, or captured for educational, operational, promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
By participating, you grant IRM permission to use your image, voice, likeness, comments, testimonials, screenshots, or participation content unless written notice is provided prior to the event or program commencement requesting otherwise.
Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, disclosures, discussions, participant information, energetic experiences, and processes shared within IRM containers, trainings, retreats, mentorships, and community spaces.
Participants must not share screenshots, recordings, personal disclosures, or confidential community information outside the container without explicit consent.
Force Majeure
IRM is not liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, rescheduling, cancellations, venue changes, facilitator substitutions, or inability to deliver services caused by events outside reasonable control including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, internet outages, travel restrictions, pandemics, government actions, venue closures, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If the matter cannot be resolved within fourteen (14) days, the parties agree to proceed to mediation with an accredited independent mediator located in Western Australia, Australia.
Each party will bear their own legal and associated costs unless otherwise determined.
Legal proceedings may not commence until mediation attempts have been exhausted except where urgent interlocutory relief is required.
Indemnity
You indemnify and hold harmless Elizabeth Brown, IRM, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, employees, assistants, and representatives against any loss, liability, claim, cost, damage, or expense arising from:
your breach of these Terms
misuse of IRM materials
unlawful conduct
infringement of intellectual property
negligent or harmful conduct
misuse of practitioner certification
claims arising from your professional activities
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to use of the website and participation in IRM offerings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
