Last Updated: May 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all trainings, workshops, practitioner certifications, online programs, retreats, mentorships, live events, and educational offerings provided by Elizabeth Brown and Inherited Release Method™ (“IRM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By enrolling in or participating in any IRM offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Educational Purpose Only
IRM provides educational, energetic, spiritual, and personal development training only.
IRM offerings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease.
Participation does not replace qualified healthcare, psychological, or therapeutic support. Participants are responsible for seeking independent professional advice relevant to their individual circumstances where required.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in IRM offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
Trauma-informed education, nervous system discussions, emotional processing, energetic work, embodiment practices, ancestral concepts, and spiritual exploration may evoke emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual responses.
Participants remain solely responsible for their wellbeing, participation, decisions, interpretations, actions, and outcomes.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal ideation, psychosis, medical instability, or a mental health crisis, IRM strongly encourages you to seek immediate support from qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.
Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment in full or commencement of an approved payment plan is required to secure enrolment.
Payment plans remain binding once entered into. Participants remain responsible for completing agreed payments regardless of attendance, participation level, completion status, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, or personal circumstances unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
IRM reserves the right to suspend access to programs, materials, certifications, live calls, memberships, or communities where payments remain overdue.
Reasonable administrative, recovery, chargeback, or legal costs associated with unpaid balances may be recoverable.
Digital Content and Immediate Access
Where digital materials, online portals, downloadable resources, recordings, or educational content are made available immediately after purchase, participants acknowledge that access to digital content begins upon enrolment.
International participants, including those within the European Union, acknowledge that immediate access to digital content may waive applicable withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds and Credits
IRM complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not automatically provided for change of mind, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or failure to complete a program.
Deposits and reserved placement fees may be non-refundable where IRM has incurred costs, allocated resources, reserved positions, declined applicants, or commenced delivery of services.
Where appropriate, IRM may offer a credit, transfer, rescheduled placement, recording access, or alternative participation option at its discretion.
If an event or training is cancelled by IRM, participants may be offered a refund, transfer, credit, or rescheduled access depending on the circumstances.
Program Changes
IRM reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, move online, substitute facilitators, update content, or cancel any offering where reasonably necessary.
This includes circumstances beyond reasonable control including illness, emergencies, venue issues, internet outages, travel disruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
