Elizabeth Brown – Founder & Supervising Trainer

I have always been guided by a deep curiosity about why we carry what we do — the patterns, emotions, and stories that seem older than our own experiences. Over the years, this curiosity grew into a body of work that would become the Inherited Release Method (IRM) — a trauma-informed, body-led approach to releasing inherited and ancestral imprints held in the nervous system and energy field.

My background spans over two decades of study and practice across trauma healing, kinesiology, somatic embodiment, meditation, and energy medicine. Along the way, I explored psychosomatic and transpersonal approaches, learning how the mind, body, and soul mirror one another through illness and emotion. I have trained in trauma release, epigenetics, plant medicine facilitation, and a variety of energy healing systems that explore consciousness and multidimensionality.

These studies, combined with my own lived experience, shaped a method that bridges both science and spirit — where muscle testing, meridian mapping, and intuitive guidance meet ancestral and energetic wisdom. This synthesis became the foundation of the Inherited Release Method, a trauma-informed framework for identifying and releasing inherited imprints that influence the body, mind, and lineage.

IRM continues to evolve and grow through each practitioner who learns it, carrying the same intention it began with: to help people release what was never theirs to hold and return to the truth of who they are.

As the founder, I now look forward to overseeing and guiding trainings internationally, ensuring this work remains true to its foundation. I’m deeply honoured to witness IRM’s next chapter unfold as we prepare for the first training in the Netherlands — a milestone that reflects how far this method has come and how many lives it continues to touch.

With gratitude,
Elizabeth Brown
