SCHOLARSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Inherited Release Method (IRM)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all scholarships, sponsored placements, financial assistance offers, and reduced-fee training opportunities provided by the Inherited Release Method (IRM), operated in Western Australia, Australia.
By submitting an application for a scholarship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Scholarships are offered at the sole discretion of Inherited Release Method (IRM) and are subject to availability. Scholarships may be awarded based on financial hardship, personal circumstances, community contribution, lived experience, practitioner potential, or other criteria determined by IRM.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or scholarship approval. IRM reserves the right to request supporting information or documentation where required.
Successful applicants will receive a formal scholarship offer via email. Applicants must accept or decline the offer in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the offer email. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the scholarship being withdrawn and offered to another applicant.
IRM reserves the right to withdraw or amend a scholarship offer at any time prior to final enrolment.
The scholarship amount and inclusions will be clearly outlined within the official offer email or scholarship agreement. Scholarships may cover full or partial tuition only and may not include travel, accommodation, insurance, technology requirements, retreats, mentoring, payment processing fees, or additional program costs unless explicitly stated.
Any remaining fees outside the scholarship amount remain the responsibility of the student.
Where partial scholarships are awarded, students must pay any remaining balance according to the agreed payment terms. Failure to maintain payment arrangements may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment and scholarship support.
Scholarship recipients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the training. IRM reserves the right to revoke a scholarship or terminate enrolment where a student engages in behaviour considered abusive, defamatory, disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, inappropriate, or damaging to the reputation, safety, integrity, or operation of IRM, its facilitators, students, staff, or community.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification, withdrawal of the scholarship, cancellation of enrolment, or repayment obligations. IRM reserves the right to reassess scholarship eligibility at any time.
Scholarship placements are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. If a student withdraws from the training, any refund entitlement will be assessed in accordance with IRM’s standard Terms and Conditions and refund policy. Scholarship amounts already applied may not be refundable.
All scholarship recipients remain subject to the standard Inherited Release Method course Terms and Conditions, policies, participation requirements, disclaimers, and enrolment agreements.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Scholarship Terms and Conditions and the general course Terms and Conditions, IRM reserves the right to determine which terms apply.
All scholarship communication will primarily occur via email. Applicants and students are responsible for maintaining a valid and active email address and ensuring correspondence from IRM can be received.
IRM reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, move online, change facilitators, change venues, or cancel any training, scholarship program, or intake where reasonably necessary. This includes circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, venue issues, travel restrictions, government directives, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Any personal information submitted as part of the scholarship application process will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used solely for scholarship assessment, enrolment, administration, and communication purposes.
Inherited Release Method trainings are educational and personal development programs. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or crisis support services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
