My soul carries a cosmic origin. From a young age, I felt connected to the unseen — sensing energy, reading emotion, and communicating with higher realms that felt more like home than Earth ever did. Life guided me through many layers of human experience, each chapter awakening a deeper remembrance of why I am here: to help others heal and return to themselves.

My mission is to assist others in their awakening process, guiding them back to remembrance, wholeness, and healing across all energetic levels. As a bridge between realms, I bring through frequencies of higher consciousness while holding a grounded, compassionate presence within the human experience.

What drew me to the Inherited Release Method (IRM) was meeting Liz and feeling an immediate energetic recognition — a clear inner knowing that I was meant to walk this path. IRM became the missing link that brought structure, understanding, and embodiment to the multidimensional healing work I was already facilitating.

In my sessions, I support clients in cultivating emotional safety, embodiment, and groundedness as they move through deep energetic release. Many experience ancestral and timeline healing unfolding naturally in our work together. My approach is intuitive and gentle, weaving energy reading and, when guided, Light Language frequencies that anchor clarity and peace.

I was one of the first founding practitioners of the Inherited Release Method and have attended and assisted in trainings since the very beginning. It has been an honour to witness this method expand and touch lives across the world. I look forward to supporting you as you deepen into this work and discover how it lives within you.
