EXPERIENCE
Every session is unique because every body holds a different story.
What you feel during an energy healing session will depend on what’s ready to shift. Some people experience physical release, deep emotion, or a sense of lightness. Others feel subtle energetic movement, insight, or clarity in the days that follow.
As we release what no longer belongs, the nervous system begins to regulate and the body returns to its natural state of balance — one where healing can unfold from within.
Each session with the Inherited Release Method is guided by the body’s intelligence, not a formula.
You won’t be told what to feel or forced to relive your past. Instead, you’ll be supported in releasing what your system is ready to let go of. For some, that might look like emotional release: tears, laughter, even rage. For others, it might feel like tingling in the hands, a pulsing through the spine, or a sudden clarity that wasn’t there before. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, lightness, or relief, like something invisible has been lifted. Others leave feeling more grounded, regulated, and present than they’ve ever been. This work doesn’t just change how you feel. It changes how you respond to life. Over time, you may notice fewer triggers, more ease in your relationships, clearer boundaries, and a renewed connection to who you are beneath the patterns. Healing doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it’s loud. But it always brings you closer to yourself.
Experience the Inherited Release Method — A Body-Led Approach to Healing Ancestral Trauma
-
Recognising what you’ve been carrying that was never yours.
The first step in the Inherited Release Method is tracing the root of inherited patterns. Using muscle testing, intuitive insight, and a review of generational dynamics, we uncover unresolved emotions, beliefs, or behaviours that don’t quite match your lived experience. That’s often because they didn’t begin with you — they were passed down. These imprints live in the body and field until they’re acknowledged and released. -
Supporting the body’s natural ability to let go.
Once we’ve identified what’s been held, we guide the body through a natural release process. Using energy healing techniques, focused intention, and work with meridians, energetic centres, and subtle bodies, we allow stored trauma and tension to unravel in the way the body knows best. This isn’t about forcing change — it’s about listening to what the body is ready to release. -
Helping the body stabilise after release.
Integration is where the shifts land. This is where your system learns how to be without the inherited trauma it’s carried for so long. We support the nervous system in recalibrating through rest, regulation, and embodied practices. Meditation, energy work, and small lifestyle adjustments can help anchor the new state — and prevent old patterns from returning.
How People Often Feel After a Session
Most people walk away from a session feeling lighter, clearer, or more connected — even if they can’t quite explain why. There’s often a sense of emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a quiet inner shift that begins to ripple through everyday life.
What’s released may be subtle or intense. Everyone’s process is different. Some clients report:
A deep sense of freedom — like a weight they didn’t know they were carrying has lifted
Calmness in the body and stillness in the mind
Less reactive, more emotionally grounded
A shift from survival mode into clarity and presence
Feeling connected to themselves in a way they haven’t felt before
A noticeable change in relationships, boundaries, and self-expression
A quiet confidence and return of self-worth
The ability to respond instead of shut down
A release of inherited stories, beliefs, and emotional loops
A sense of peace, purpose, and energetic clarity
Each person’s experience is different — but what most say is, “I finally feel like myself again.”
Each body will respond in its own way. Some shifts are felt immediately. Others unfold over days or weeks — not always loud, but always meaningful.
-
You don’t need to come with a plan — just a willingness to explore what’s been living beneath the surface. Most people arrive with a sense that something feels “off” or heavy, but they can’t explain why. That’s enough. We let the body lead.
You may feel nervous, curious, hopeful, or even resistant — all of that is normal.
-
Every session is unique, but common experiences include:
Physical sensations: warmth, tingling, twitching, release through movement or breath
Emotional expression: crying, laughter, or unexpected emotions rising and moving through
Energetic shifts: feeling lighter, seeing colours, visions, or receiving intuitive insight
Stillness: deep rest, quiet, or a sense of being held and witnessed
Sessions can be subtle or powerful — or both. Some people feel the shift immediately. Others notice it in the days or weeks after, through new awareness or changes in relationships and behaviour.
-
This is where integration begins. Most people report:
Feeling emotionally lighter or more connected to themselves
Less triggered or reactive
A sense of peace, clarity, or relief
Better sleep, digestion, or nervous system regulation
Old patterns no longer having the same hold
You might feel tired, tender, or more emotional for a day or two — this is your body recalibrating. Rest, hydrate, and let things land.

“Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”
